We offer our clients a range of personal training packages, with the ability to make bulk bookings so you can benefit from great savings.

 

Session durations are split into three optimum times from 30 minutes for an intense but quick session, to 60 minutes for a more sustained workout. Frequency ranges from once a week to three times a week for a period ranging from six weeks to twelve weeks. we can also tailor a personal training program to your requirements.

 

We Recommend:

  • One session per week for maintenance or direction

  • Two sessions per week for fat loss or muscle gain

  • Three sessions per week for the fastest rate of fat loss

Payment for packages is required to be paid in a single payment prior to commencement

 

No refund will be provided for cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance of a session
